Dinner rolls is a snack that is made of flour rich with other nutritious content it can be served as breakfast or between meals. This recipe is special due its uniqueness it looks like bread but has different taste and its fluffy, you also can also decide to make it suit your taste, you can serve with pure juice or tea and you can nalso lit up your guest by serving it with jam. Here is a simple made recipe that you can make at your leisure time.
Ingredients
3 cups of flour (sieve and keep in warm place)
1 teaspoon of yeast (cream with water and put in a warm place)
2 eggs
½ small tin margarine
4 tablespoon of sugar
½ tin of milk (liquid preferably)
½ teaspoon of salt.
Methods
• Rub the margarine into flour
• Add salt creamed yeast to the flour and mix well
• Add sugar to the flour plus the mixed creamed yeast
• Add milk and whisked egg and mix very well
• Keep in warm place until double in size (rise)
• Knead dough lightly and cut into roll shapes
• Arrange in grease baking trays, put in warm place to rise for 10 minutes
• Glaze the top with diluted milk or beaten eggs and bake in moderate hot oven for 15 minutes
Well! Well! After it has become glittery brown, you serve hot with jam and take it with tea/ juice of your choice.
