The normal three square meal which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner can be accompanied by various appetizers, one of such appetizer include samosa. Samosa is a tasty snack usually served as appetizer and classified as small chops. The first thing to do in preparing your samosa is to make the samosa dough after which you will make the fillings.
The ingredient needed for the dough include: 120 gr of plain white flour, melted margarine, half tea spoon of salt, warm water (as needed), one tea spoon of sugar. The ingredient needed for the fillings include: 200 gr minced beef, diced irish potatoes, diced carrots, a hand full of green peas, diced onion, 1 teaspoon of curry, half teaspoon of thyme, chilli pepper to teast, salt, 3 cube of maggi.
