SEA FOOD SALAD

*shrimps (little ones)
*Cray fish (little ones)
*sea tilapia (little ones)
*snail (little ones)
*oysters (little ones)
*saussage
*mushrooms
*carrot
*cabbage
*cucumber
        *olive oil
        *seasoning
*salt to taste
*vinegar
Hi readers it’s another edition on our kitchen dishes.
Wow we have brought to you another appetizing salad called sea food salad and I know you will be wondering how we can make salad out of d sea food right?
Hmmmm don’t worry much yummy yummy yummy………
Sea food salad is a special salad made out of the foods and it is a very good source of dietary fiber which help lower cholesterols level and regulate blood sugar level well, from the set of sea animals listed above or more than that.

HOW TO MAKE SEA FOOD SALAD
1. Wash the sea food that is all the items I listed above very well but in most cases they are packaged in a leather container.

2. Wash the cabbage and carrot too with clean water.

3. Place a clean pot and water on fire with high flame wait for the water to boil for 3min.

4. Put the sea food into boiling water on fire.

5. Then let it boil for about 3mins.

6. Put off the fire and drain the hot water out of the pot then you replace it with cold water.

7. Drain the cold water out of the pot and allow the sea food to get drained by putting it in a collinder.

8. Boil the saussage and dice it into round shapes.

9. Drain the water of the mushrooms can.

10. Chop the cabbage and carrot into smaller sizes.

11. Then put the sea food salad into a clean bowl for proper mixture.

12. After putting the sea food into a clean bowl add the saussage, mushrooms, cabbage and carrot and add a little olive oil and little vinegar stir well to the depth.

13. Add little salt and seasoning then stir well again to the depth.

14. Serve in a well decorated and beautiful salad bowl.
