Baobab also known as Adamsonia Digitata is a tree grown in Africa and part of Australia. It has many nutritional benefit when incorporated into you daily diet.
Baobab can be taken as a natural preservation due to its high vitamin c, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium content. However the vitamin c content which contributes to the normal release of energy when you are tired or fatigued can also help in boosting immune function. Subsequently, small quantity of baobab powder could add to the cream to enhance smooth and healthy skin. Similarly when taken directly, it helps in the boosting of memory function.
Baobab is 10 times the fibre of apples, 6 times the vitamin c of oranges, 2 times the calcium of milk, 4 times potassium of banana and 5 times magnesium of avocados.
