Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State last month approved N900million as tuition fee and allowance for the indigenes studying in tertiary institutions. The state's scholarship board claims the money has been distributed.
However, only few of the verified students received N20,000 each last Thursday. The question that remains unanswered is: what about the remaining students and where is their money?
Similar incident led to a protest in 2014.
